Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
